[Onlinepicos] Finishing the Olympiad Year

[Math Olympiads]

Dear PICO,

It is time now to finish up the year's work for your Math Olympiad team.

The April newsletter will be mailed next week together with a 
computer printout of the scores we have for your mathletes. This is 
the time to check the accuracy of our records, so that each child is 
sent the proper awards. All corrections should be made by Thursday, 
April 17, since the secure Web site will close down for the summer 
the next morning. This is a change of deadlines. The newsletter will 
also contain the cutoff scores for all awards. You should receive it 
in time to make all corrections.

In a few weeks, the last newsletter of the year, for May, will be 
mailed with the Honor Roll and will include an enrollment form for 
next year and a Art of Problem Solving flier. Enrolling early will 
allow you to receive your new password around Labor Day.
